What's your warm, comfy, drink choice and why? As a way to help yourself relax...

Posted in Group:

Sometimes a warm drink can make you feel comfy and relaxed. Even though there is caffeine in coffee it does bring me a calm feeling... as I smell it brewing and then sit back and sip it as I read a book or the newspaper. Other people prefer tea, hot chocolate, warm milk, or other things. When you want a warm, comfy drink to relax with what do you chose and why....

countrygirl,

Coffee is just something I cannot do without. When I start to feel a little stressed out making some coffee brings me back to myself. The smell of it as it brews and then the aroma when it sits in my cup...yum! I think I want a coffee air freshener : )

Good Earth Sweet & Spicy tea. My grandmother used to make it for me when I was a kid and it always makes me think of her and feel better.

I like the connection to a happy memory this tea gives you. I remember my grandmother used to always give me orange juice to drink in a little glass (not a plastic cup). Now whenever I drink OJ out of a "glass" I get a happy feeling and I think of her and eating breakfast at her house when I was a small child. It makes me smile...

Thanks C.S for another fun topic! My favorite comfy warm drink is either hot chocolate with milk or hot apple cider!

I am a princess. All girls are. Even if they live in tiny old attics. Even if they dress in rags, even if they aren't rich, or are young or old! They're still princesses. All of us. Didn't anyone tell you that? Didn't anyone? I am telling you that!

Chocolate caramel brownie coffee my friends...... you don't need anything else in the world with that in your cup!!! I am a very diehard coffee lover. Even somedays when I'm thinking, "everything SUCKS!!", I smell my coffee brewing and I'm like, "all is good with the world". LOL

Coffee reminds me of my Mom. She was also a very dedicated coffee drinker!!! LOL We probably tried 100 different kinds of coffee's. LOL Those are good memories. I need good memories right now!

I also love hot chocolate and hot apple cider!!

Big hugs, Suzee

OMG I am terribly sorry I didn't get back to this thread until now!!! I didn't mean to cause you both more suffering by not knowing where/how to get this coffee!!! COFFEE NEGLECT IS A SERIOUS OFFENSE, so I apologize emphatically!!!

It's very very simple. I go to the the grocery store and buy either fresh beans or already ground bags of this delightful indulgence!! Cameron's is the name of the company that makes this coffee! I also buy folgers french roast coffee and mix it pretty much half and half and WALLAH!!!! Great coffee!!! :0) It's really good!! My children all know NOT to bother me during those first few sips.....

Just recieved a fresh cup.... I'm in my happy place!!

Big hugs, Suzee
