Take time for yourself too. OFten we neglect our needs it is not only difficult to take care of someone else, but we begin to resent others' who we are putting our resources into. Try to identify what you need right now and do your very best to meet those needs or ask someone who supports you to help in those moments. REmember the instructions they give to mother's on airplanes: when the plane is going down and the gas-masks drop down, as a mother, put yours on first- that's the only way you can help.

Warmly,
Kellie Montgomery, LMFT

Are you OK? I know you have a lot going on at the moment and I really hope that everyone is OK. You and all your family are in my prayers, always.
