is it a dream! I wish it was!

Anxiety

Lately I just been in denial that my therapist is leaving, and I just think maybe I dreamed it but its more like I wish I dreamed it! I know I get to move with her but I am just having trouble adjusting to the fact that she is leaving! I really dont know if that makes any sense or not but tonight I just cant stop crying about it!

Awwww thanks Mo! I am glad it makes sense to you! Sometimes I dont understand why I am so upset cuz I am moving with her, so what do I have to be upset about? But alls I know I am upset and having a hard time adjusting!
