Head pounding.
Hi Andria, I understand your stress, I am under a lot of it too. But remember you need to find time for yourself. What's been calming me down lately is soft music with a long relaxing bath. Yesterday was really bad for me and that bath put me in a good place. Please take care of yourself, I am here if you need me.
Rochell
thanks Rochell,
I am really trying to keep my cool. I may just try a nice bath tonight after my daughter goes to sleep. I need something. So overwhelmed. I want to just cry right now.
Andria
I feel the same way,3 kids and trying to hold down a job while struggling with the basics or should i say the overwhelmed with the daily routine.Throw a few weekly appointments in there and my head starts spinning. It sounds like your doing a fantastic job, motherhood is no easy task, then on top of that we have to try and control our moods so our kids don't pick up on them(which can be very hard if not impossible at times)take a little time to pamper yourself and i've learnt not to be afraid to have a good cry, sometimes it just seems to cleanse the build up a little.Take care
I don't know if this will help but try to count your blessings. There are others out there who are dying to live a normal life with a family and children and just feel "alive" even with normal day-to-day stress factors. I know it's hard and I see my sister and sister in law go through it but I imagine at the end of the day when you look at everyone around you, while they're quietly asleep you'll feel blessed. Find that small room to feel blessed. Some of us are battling horrible chronic illnesses that is making our life a living hell and we all wonder what life would be like to have a family and a husband and kids to make us feel loved, wanted and just "normal". I hope you feel better soon; you just need a break.
Faith I am so sorry your under so much stress! I can understand why you are! I like to listen to audio relaxation things that is how I calm down or talking to a friend always helps me calm down too! I am here for you!

Things have actually settled down lately and got a little better :) I had to cut out my therapy groups every week i was going to out of my schedule. Not because it was hard to be there, it was because of it was too much on my schedule right now. Ever since I have done that I have actually been a little more able to focus on things and relax. Still doing individual therapy though of course and still seeing someone once in a while where I was doing the group therapy at. I am now 33 weeks pregnant. So 7 more weeks left to go. Was at the doctors yesterday and gained like 2 pounds in 2 weeks. Blah! Lots pelvic pain and pressure and some nausea is back. Have to eat small portions of foods all day. Also get once in a great while contractions. Tired still alot of course. Can't wait to have him. Still of course a lot of things on my mind. But thanks everyone for your support and concerns :) Hope all is well with all of you!
Andria
That's great to hear. I'm sure once he's out and in your arms, it'll be worth all the pain and effort :) With u the best.
