Coping Strategies

My boyfriend and I have been dating for over a year and I just recently sought help for my anxiety problems. I have been taking medication and going to regular therapy sessions and have obtained many coping strategies for myself. However, I am now in need of some strategies to help him. He says that he does not really know how to talk to me about my anxiety and because of it he is scared to talk to me about certain things for fear of causing an anxiety attack.
I have told him many times that he does not need to worry about talking to me about it, that I would prefer if he would ask questions about it.
I was hoping that someone would have some ideas on how to can better cope and handle being with someone that has anxiety....
any help would be great,

Perhaps he could attend one of your therapy sessions with your therapist's blessing and he/she can help him understand your condition and alleviate his concerns about causing you to have an anxiety attack.

seriously I would Google your question there is so much out there on the internet...I have looked up the same thing before but not everyone wants to read about it if they're not the ones who understand what it's like....

The important thing is to keep having fun together and communicate about other things so it's not always about anxiety.....think about what you would want if he was the one with anxiety issues...
